Orders & Shipping

All Harry's Holsters are in stock and ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact us with your order number.
First, check your spam or junk mail folder — our replies sometimes land there. If there's nothing after 24 hours, please resubmit your question and double-check that your email address is correct.

Fit & Compatibility

Use the "Search by Gun" menu in the navigation — type your exact gun model (e.g., "Glock 19" or "Sig P365XL") and you'll see every holster we make for it. If your gun isn't listed, request it here and we'll notify you when it's available.
Most Harry's Holsters are compatible with slide-mounted red dots including Trijicon RMR, Holosun 507, Shield RMSc, and others. Check the product page for your specific gun model and select the optic-ready option if available.
The DCC Monoblock clips fit both 1.5" and 1.75" belts. We recommend using a dedicated gun belt for best retention. Standard dress belts will not provide adequate support for all-day carry.

Product Care & Adjustments

Use a Phillips head screwdriver on the retention screw on the holster body. Turn clockwise to tighten, counterclockwise to loosen. A full setup guide is included with your order and available on our Instructions page.

Returns & Warranty

Yes — we accept returns within 30 days on unused holsters in original condition. To start a return, contact us with your order number. We'll email you a return label within one business day.
Manufacturing defects, retention loss, hardware failures, and clip issues are all covered for the life of the holster. Normal wear and intentional modifications are not covered. Contact us with a photo and your order number.
