The Singleton looks like a holster to try. Should work with my Sig 320 since it’s cut for optics. The Wedge kit should make it more comfortable.

How does it ride ?

Replying to Jim

H

Harrison

Very well. At the highest ride height all but those with insanely large hands can get a full grip without hitting the belt. At the lowest height the grip will sit close to the belt. That’s carrying AWIB.

Are there really “ambidextrous users” out there looking for an IWB holster they can take apart and put back together to switch back and forth?

Replying to Thomas Currie

H

Harrison

I doubt it. It allow use to cater to both right and left handed users. With this design and sweat guard there is no downside to the ambi design. If there was a downside we would have just made it RH only.

Thomas Currie

That’s about what I was thinking, but then the blog started talking about “ambidextrous users” and I was laughing because in the military the pistol qualification scoresheet had check boxes for Right or Left Handed and I would always check both, then shoot part of the course right handed and part left handed. All our holsters were right handed, but it didn’t make any difference on the course because the Army didn’t trust us to draw from the holster so everything was shot from the ready position.

Looks about like all the other molded plastic IWB holsters. What makes this different?

Replying to Kim Currie

H

Harrison

It’s molded so it’s devoid of sharp edges. Most companies just take the shape of the gun and form a holster around it. We modify the shape of the gun so it fits the same as other holsters but removes points that could become hot spots making the holster uncomfortable. It’s all in how we handle the details. Most kitchen knives look alike but handle shape can drastically affect ones experience with the knife. The details are what really matter.

Are these rigid holsters rough on the finish of handguns?

Replying to Kevin Meyer

H

Harrison

If dust and debris builds up in between the gun and the holster yes. but the holster itself is much softer than the gun or leather. There isn’t a holster that exists that won’t create holster wear with regular use because dirt and debris will get in there. If you have a gun you don’t want finish wear on I’d suggest not ever putting it in a holster.

I’ve got one of your older OWB holsters for my FN 509. I’m liking the Singleton, but just wondering what happened to the IWB/OWB holsters you used to have, e.g., The Executive

Replying to Edward L.

H

Harrison

We discontinued the executive and the outsider. The outsider unfortunately never sold well for us and the executive’s options got became too much for us to support on the backend. It’s reached the point where it’s easier for us to come out with a purpose-built holster for each different application so you’ll see more options coming slowly.

I have a Kel-tec P-32 320acp hand gun. I also have a Kel-tec P32 10 round Magazine that works as an extended handle length for my hand to comfortably hold the gun. I’m looking for a holster similar to this model shown that can also hold 2 extra magazines of the extended style that I mentioned above. Do you have a product that gives me a good match. I also would be wearing the holster inside my pants next to my hip.
